Savannah Area Tennis Association (SATA) is a non-profit designed to promote tennis and healthy living in the Savannah, GA, area. As a subset of the United States Tennis Association (USTA), SATA organizes leagues, outreach programs and casual tennis events. Whether you want to play competitive tennis, learn for the first time or just play for fun, SATA has something for you.
With over 1,400 members, SATA’s goal is to grow tennis and use it as a means to advance the health and well-being of individuals and the Savannah community as a whole. SATA believes tennis is for everyone, and our organization strives to provide a variety of programs that reach the underserved populations of Savannah. SATA’s Community Outreach Programs include Special Pops, Wheelchair Tennis, tennis programs with the Frank Callen Boys & Girls Club and much more. At SATA, we believe by coming together as a community, we can use tennis to make a difference.
